Welcome to Jili88 (hereinafter referred to as "Jili88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and Jili88 governing your access to and use of the Jili88 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Jili88 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services primarily to players located in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform operates under an internationally recognised iGaming regulatory framework.

By accessing the Jili88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Jili88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, consultant, or agent of Jili88, or a close relative of any such person.
5. You have not previously been subject to a permanent account closure by Jili88 for breach of these Terms.
6. You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in force.
7. You are of sound mental capacity and are not registering under duress or while suffering from a recognised gambling disorder.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Jili88 reserves the right to request identity and address verification ("KYC") documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or when an Account's transaction activity triggers our internal risk protocols. Standard KYC documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months.
• A selfie of the User holding their photo ID, taken in good lighting with the document clearly legible.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by Jili88 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Jili88 will not be held liable for any delays in payment processing arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.

Jili88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT). Payment channel availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Jili88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification on the Account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days for standard accounts and within the same business day for verified Gold VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Jili88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Account unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion — refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable figure.
• Bonus validity periods are stated on each promotion. Bonuses that remain uncompleted at expiry will be forfeited alongside any associated winnings.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped — this will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotion expressly permits stacking.
• Jili88 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus balances already credited.

Bonus Abuse: Jili88 employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Any Account found to be exploiting bonuses — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, hedging wagers, or exploitation of technical errors — will have bonuses forfeited, outstanding winnings cancelled, and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Each game category on the Jili88 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sportsbook, crash games, and lottery — operates under specific game rules published on the respective game or category page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule prevails for that game.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for integrity and fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game processes conducted by a live dealer and are final once the round is closed.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is officially confirmed. Jili88 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly published odds.
• Bets on sporting events covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Jili88 is not responsible for bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events; applicable void/postponement rules for each sport are stated in the sportsbook rules.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session, any affected round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili88 platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or platform staff to influence game outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to Jili88 support.
• Sharing your Account credentials with third parties or allowing any other individual to access your Account.

All content on the Jili88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, source code, promotional materials, and the Jili88 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jili88 or its licensed content partners, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from Jili88.

Any unauthorised use of Jili88's intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jili88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Jili88 makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that:

• The platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times.

• The platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components — though we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure platform security.

Jili88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Continuing to operate the Account would constitute a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to Jili88.

Upon closure of an Account due to a breach of these Terms, Jili88 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including real-money funds, where permitted under applicable law.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Real-money balances outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User subject to the completion of KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing timelines.

Jili88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, Jili88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

The version of the Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date, as displayed at the top of this page, shall constitute the operative version. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Jili88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be lawfully excluded or waived by contract.
